Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within up to 5 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time ranges from 5 to 25 business days, depending on your location.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product significantly differs from the description

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging should be retained whenever possible

3. Non-Returnable Items

5. Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Refunds

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos as proof. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
